Our Keyholding Service Includes

Key Management:
The service involves securely storing and managing keys or access codes to the holiday home. This ensures that the property is accessible when needed by yourself, guests or tradesmen.
 

Security Checks:
Weekly security checks are conducted to ensure the property is secure. This includes visual inspections of windows and doors, checking for signs of forced entry, and making sure that security systems are functioning correctly (If Applicable). Our checks are never done on the same day of the every week so there is no pattern of our movements. (Please Note this may mean checks are done every 7-10 days).

During our weekly checks we also:
 
Flush the toilets and run the taps so water flows through the drains.
Clear outside drains.
Ventilate the property.

Emergency Response:

In case of any emergency such as break-ins, flooding, or other security issues, we respond promptly. We can coordinate with local authorities, utility companies etc to address the situation. We do speak Spanish and even though we are in an English language based area this still has a lot of advantages.
A out of hours charge does apply. 20:00-09:00 30 euro

Maintenance : 

We can assist in coordinating maintenance tasks, repairs, or scheduled services in the owner's absence. This ensures that the property is well-maintained and any issues are addressed promptly.But quotes are always obtained and passed over to the owner before anything is started.

Mail :
We can collect mail, preventing them from piling up and suggesting that the property maybe vacant. We can forward any important mail to you.

Property Preparation:
Before you arrive or your guests arrive, we will prepare the property by ensuring that utilities are functioning, the property is clean, and everything is in order. Every 4 weeks we will turn on and test appliances to make sure they in good working order.

Client Communication:
Regular communication with you is essential. We will provide updates on the status of the property after every check, any issues that have arisen, and actions taken to address them.

This service adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind for you, allowing you to enjoy their holiday home without the stress of managing every detail remotely.

Our Keyholding Service Starts From 250 euro per year plus IVA.

We also offer a simple Keyholding Service which consists of holding your keys in case of a emergency. This is 100 € per year. Plus IVA. 

If you were to require a house visit from us this will be charged at 40€ per visit.
